Personal data we collect

We collect the information you enter in the registration form and technical records needed to operate and protect the registration service.

• Full name, mobile phone number, email address, and selected language.
• Consent status, consent timestamp, consent text version, and the address of the Privacy Policy accepted.
• Telegram user identifier and subscription status only if you voluntarily open the Telegram bot and press Start.
• Limited technical and delivery records, such as registration time, email or Telegram delivery status, provider message identifiers, and security records used to prevent abuse.

Purposes and legal basis

We process your registration data to manage your participation, send confirmation, provide premiere access, send event reminders by email, and, with your consent, notify you about future related events.

If you separately open the Telegram bot and press Start, we process your Telegram subscription data to send event news, reminders, future related event notices, and the YouTube premiere link through Telegram.

The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting gong.center.ua@gmail.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

Providing personal data is voluntary. If you do not provide the required registration details and consent, we cannot register you or send the invitation and reminders.

Recipients and service providers

Access is limited to the controller and service providers that process data only as needed to deliver and secure the event services.

• Supabase, which provides database hosting and related infrastructure.
• The configured transactional email provider, which sends confirmations and reminders.
• Telegram, only when you open the Telegram bot and press Start or otherwise communicate with it.
• Hosting, security, and technical support providers where access is necessary to operate the website.
• Public authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.

International transfers

Some service providers may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another safeguard permitted by applicable data-protection law. Information about the safeguards may be requested at gong.center.ua@gmail.com.

Retention

Registration, consent, and communication records are retained while you remain subscribed to event communications and for as long as needed to manage your registration, send related updates, notify you about future related events, and keep legally required records. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting gong.center.ua@gmail.com. After consent is withdrawn, we will stop sending event communications and delete or anonymize personal data unless a longer retention period is required to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Provider logs and security records may be retained for shorter operational periods.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, and a portable copy of data you provided. You may also withdraw consent at any time.

To exercise a right, contact gong.center.ua@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request. You may lodge a complaint with the data-protection supervisory authority in your country, including the Lithuanian State Data Protection Inspectorate where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, including restricted database access, server-side validation, abuse controls, and protected integration credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the event services or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the website or the contact details you provided when appropriate.
